U.S. LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Terms within the U.S.

BIC America ("Company") warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of [insert period] from the date of purchase, provided it is purchased from an Authorized BIC America Dealer. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers only those products purchased from an Authorized BIC America Dealer. It covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, BIC America will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

• Damage attributable to misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Products sold "as is", "with all faults", B-stock, Certified Factory Refurbished, or Open Box.

• Products used in a manner contrary to the instructions provided by BIC America.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service within the United States, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can reach us at bic@bicamerica.com or fill out the contact form here on our website. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready, as it will be required to process your warranty claim. Our customer service team will guide you through the process of how to send in your product for inspection and will provide specific instructions on how to proceed based on the nature of the issue.

Warranty Outside The U.S.

The warranty on this product shall comply with applicable law when sold to a consumer outside of the United States. To obtain any applicable warranty service for purchases made outside of the United States, please contact the dealer from which you purchased this product or the distributor that supplied this product.

Limitations Outside the United States:

BIC America does not provide any warranty for B-stock, Certified Factory Refurbished, or Open Box products sold or taken outside the United States due to voltage issues, certification concerns, and possible transit damage. Customers are advised to check compatibility, local regulations, and conditions before purchase.

International Warranty Service:

For customers seeking warranty service outside the United States, it is recommended to contact the local dealer or distributor from which the product was purchased. The local dealer or distributor may provide warranty service under their discretion according to local laws and regulations.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. BIC America's responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to repair and replacement as set forth in this warranty statement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of this warranty period. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the expiration of the limited warranty period.
